Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of businesses is Iterato designed for?
Iterato is built for SMEs, typically businesses with up to a few hundred people, where good employees are being asked to take on more responsibility than their training has prepared them for. If your team is growing, if people are stepping into coordination or management roles, or if work keeps landing back on you when it shouldn't, Iterato is designed for that gap.
Who in my team would benefit most?
Why is it built around project management?
Because no other discipline so clearly defines how to plan, communicate, and deliver. We use project management as a practical framework, not a qualification, because the skills it develops are the ones that make people more effective across every role: setting clear objectives, managing priorities, communicating with stakeholders, and seeing work through to completion.
Is this relevant outside of project-based roles?
Do the courses include templates and tools?
Yes. Every course includes downloadable templates — schedules, budgets, change logs, scope tools, acceptance criteria, stakeholder maps, communication plans, risk registers and more. They're practical and easy to adapt to your organisation.
What bundles are available?
Iterato is structured as three progressive bundles. Core covers the foundations, what projects are, how to define scope, and how to set clear objectives. Control builds on that with planning, risk management, and resource awareness. Confidence adds leadership, stakeholder management, and communication. Each bundle builds on the last, so teams can start where it makes most sense and progress from there.
How long does it take to complete?
Each module takes about 2 hours, broken into focused topics of about 15 minutes each. There are no fixed schedules; learners work through the content at their own pace, in their own time. There's no time out of the business and no disruption to the working day.
Do I get assessed or tested?
Each course includes opportunities to reflect on the learning and a summary of key points, along with short, informal knowledge checks at the end of each topic. There are no exams, no pass marks, and no pressure — the quizzes are there to help you check your understanding before moving on.
What do learners actually get?
Each module includes video-based learning, practical tools, and downloadable templates, schedules, risk registers, stakeholder maps, communication plans, and more. Everything is designed to be applied immediately, not filed away. There are no exams or certifications, just skills your people can start using from day one.
How is Iterato different from formal training like PRINCE2 or Agile?
Formal frameworks require organisation-wide adoption to work properly. Iterato doesn't. It gives individuals practical tools they can use straight away, even if no one else in the business has had the same training. And if several people go through it together, you get the added benefit of a shared language and approach without the complexity or cost of a full methodology.
How does pricing work for teams?
Iterato is priced by bundle and learner. Core is £99, Control is £165, and Confidence — the full seven-module programme — is £199. There are no subscriptions, contracts, or minimum commitments. If you're looking to put a team through it, get in touch and we'll talk through the options.
How do we get started?
Browse the bundles to see what fits your team's current stage, or get in touch if you'd like to talk it through first. Most businesses start with Core to build a shared foundation, then progress from there. If you have any questions, contact us.
What is the main value Iterato provides?
Iterato gives you the benefits of structured project thinking without the overhead of a full methodology. It's modular, practical, and easy to adopt, helping you get projects moving, make decisions with confidence, and reduce stress from day one.
